LRPG Annual Meeting Well, the end of the our gaming year comes with the August meeting. We definitely had some operational hiccups this past year but overall I think we salvaged the year and had some good events. This would not have been possible without the support of the members. Though technically, the September meeting is the "beginning" of the new year for us, I tend to think of it as a celebration of the year before... but however we all look at it, we're having a party on September 21st and all members and their guests are invited. There will be much food, drinks (as always, non-alcoholic), and prizes, awards, and other goodies. In order to make sure we know how much of everything to bring we are asking for RSVPs this time. Will it be a major issue if someone shows up without one? Not necessarily, but though we might have enough food and drink for everyone we won't have enough freebies for everyone if we don't have an accurate count. So please... Reply to this thread with your RSVP (before September 7th) and include the total number in your group.... including you. As RSVPs come in, I'll add your group to the master list and delete your post to keep things neat. Also, as we do every year, we will also be renewing memberships so please bring your dues with you.
